What do I do if my bath bomb is broken when it arrives in the post?
If you contact me with a photograph of the broken item then a replacement product or discount code will be applied
Help! My child has stained themselves!
As stated on the label do NOT handle any bath bombs whilst in use. However, we are aware that accidents happen (especially with children).
Keep washing their hands normally and the colour will fade within a day or two.
Excessive washing can cause dry skin - make sure you apply moisturizer if this is the case
Do you use animal products and what oils do you use?
No, we do not believe in the use of animal products in cosmetics.
We use apricot kernel oils with all our bath bombs and soaps.
We use cocoa butter in the bubble bars and we use synthetic fragrance oils instead of essential oils as it causes less irritations to different skin types.
